I just wanted to take a few minutes to go over some basic information about your show and make sure everything is set up correctly on our end. This should only take a few minutes. Example options: 1 per month 2 per month Weekly (4 per month) Other: __________ Episodes Per Month: __________________ Client Portal Explanation Just so you know, we no longer use Dropbox. We built a client portal specifically for Executive Function TV where you can manage everything for your show. Inside the portal you can: - Upload your episodes - Add notes for our editors - Request intros and outros - Manage your show files - Keep everything organized in one place You should receive an invite email from: no-reply@executivefunctioningtv.com If you do not see it, check your spam folder. Once you create your account, that will be the main place to upload all episodes. Editing / Production Requests Inside the portal you can also request editing work such as: - Intros - Outros - Graphics - Edits - Audio cleanup Any editing or production work is billed at: $100 per hour If you request work through the portal, our team will review it and get started. Payment Preferences How would you prefer to handle payments? Options usually include: - Weekly - Monthly - Per episode Payment Preference: __________________ If the Client Wants to Cancel If at any time you decide to cancel your show, we just ask that you let us know so we can properly close the account.
